The year is 1975 it’s New Year’s Eve in Detroit Michigan, 60,000 fans show up at the Pontiac Silverdome , the man the legend the king of rock n roll , steps on stage and the crowd goes wild !! The excitement is exhilarating.During the next 22 songs the fans sing along ,laugh and cry and ring in a brand new year with their superstar ELVIS PRESLEY.
The year was 1987 the tour was called, “The Bad Tour” spanning for 16 months and 123 concerts 4.4 million people attended these events across 15 countries grossing $125 million dollars ,
EMT,s and Paramedics are actually having to take fainting fans away on stretchers because of over excitement and celebrations from seeing the King of Pop MIcheal Jackson !!!
The year is 4 BC , the place is a little town 6 miles south of Jerusalem called Bethlehem, the KING of KINGS is born and laid in a manger because there was no room for him in the inn .
This king performed in ways that no other performer could , from the early age of 12 he was teaching the teachers , he made the blind to see , he healed the crippled and even raised a man from the death bed . He fed 5000 people with a few fish and a little bread !! He calmed a raging storm out at sea and the winds and waves obeyed him. WOW !! Isn’t this incredible!! Amazing!! Magical !! What a show.
The difference in the King of Kings and these other two kings was that the King of kings was crucified and buried in a borrowed tomb while the other two kings were given extravagant burials commemorating the achievements in their life, with thousands upon thousands of fans paying honor and respect at their funeral , but there is a significant difference still. The KING OF KINGS is still performing he has not left the stage !! He’s still healing , he’s still feeding thousands and he’s still causing blind eyes to see . He is still on tour and waiting on his fans of all ages to come see him, and the kicker is it’s free ,it won’t cost you a dime and you can be guaranteed that it will be a show that you will never ever and I mean EVER !! forget.Have you got your ticket are you ready to go , If so invite your friends and family I hear there’s still plenty tickets available.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
