UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL

“But Peter, standing up with the eleven, ….
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:14‬ ‭

On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came down and filled the disciples because they were all in one accord and in one place. God commanded the blessing and anointing to flow to that specific people because they were gathered together in His name, assembled in perfect unity. The power of God came within them When they got rid of the division. When they got rid of the me and my, and it became about One- One Lord, One Faith, One Spirit, One Purpose, the power of God took over them.
One of the biggest prayers we oughta pray is ,”unify us”. The Bible said on the day of Pentecost, after they were filled with the Holy Spirit and came out of the Upper Room, they went into the streets. And we always talk about Peter preaching the first sermon that birthed the church. But the Bible said in Acts 2:14 that Peter’s standing up with the 11. He wasn’t standing there by himself. But when he was preaching, all 11 weren’t sitting. They were standing. They were with him. They were standing together. They were creating an atmosphere of agreement so that God could put the commanded blessing and anointing out of the temple and into the streets of Jerusalem. They understood the power of unity. That this is not a one-man show. It’s not about me and my. It’s about ONE. And if we don’t stand up… it wasn’t eight of em standing. It wasn’t seven of em. It was 11 plus 1 equals 12 disciples, and it brought the power from the Upper Room to the streets of the city. If we ever need the the power of God to hit the streets, it’s today. The only answer for the corruption is within everyone of us who are God’s children. Can you imagine what it would look like if we all stood together as tongues of fire? It would put to flight millions of evil as the light of the world would burst aflame and darkness would comprehend it not. May God help us to UNITE and stand together in His holy name! If you stand for Jesus, you stand with and for each other. #UnitedWeStandDividedWeFall
