Psalm 1:3 KJV
[3] And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Jeremiah 17:8 KJV
[8] For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

    2.    Trees produce fruits or nuts.

You see a good tree that is planted and rooted in good soil will produce fruit or nuts. A single semi-dwarf apple tree, for example, can produce up to 500 apples in a season, with a productive life of 15 to 20 years.
One large oak tree can produce up to 10,000 acorns and a single pecan tree will have an annual average of 40 to 50 pounds of pecans .
This is a good example of why we should be like a tree , we should be producing fruits such as the fruits of the spirit

Galatians 5:22 -23 KJV
[22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
[23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

By trees producing fruit we have food to sustain our lives. While Christians produce fruit we can offer a glimpse of Jesus Christ through our life to a lost soul that they may have eternal life .

Matthew 7:18-20 KJV
[18] A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. [19] Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. [20] Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Let’s all be like the good tree planted by the waters and river and bear that good fruit that will sustain our lives so that others will know us by these fruits, and they also may come to know our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
God Bless y’all today
Barry
