Hello Brothers and Sisters.  It is your uprising. The Lord has woken you today. Are you up?
There is more from the Lord to say to Job and us. Let’s open to Job 40: 1-5
The prior two chapters had 51 questions of God’s Testimony on His own creation to remind Job of how it began.
Today we begin in Chapter 40 with question 52 of God’s word from this text.
It appears to be above all the other question.
Job 40:1………Moreover the Lord answered Job.
Moreover-as a further matter, besides
Job 40:2 Shall he that contendeth with Almighty instruct him? he that reprobate Eloah let him answer it.
More times then not we try to use our own self to interpret the outcome and get unwise counsel to fill our emptiness and pondering. That counseling can lead to us telling God how it is. This is not good.
Notice how Job recognized himself before God:
Job 40: 3-5 Job answered Yahweh, Behold (Look), I am vile (Vile defined- as extremely unpleasant. Could be emotional, unclean, dirty. traditionally not worthy to speak to Elohim in this state); what shall I answer thee? I will lay mine hand upon my mouth. Once have spoken; but I will not answer: yes twice; but I will proceed no further.

The acknowledging of being an imperfect person, vile. A sinner in God’s creation directly to God is important here.

At this point Job is entering the eye of the storm. And the eye of the storm brings a calmness and peace to clearly see what the 1st wave of the storm is about. It’s time to assess and get your bearings set.
Job knows that it is God that has the floor and gives him undivided attention.
Come back Thrusday to follow the whirlwind’s movement next in the second half Job 40: 6-14.
